Gardening is actually good for our health because we are growing our own vegetables, herbs and fruits. It is actually rewarding when you eat the food that you grow.

B. Sports

Playing sports can be a good hobby. There are different sports that you can choose from like swimming, golf, basketball, tennis, volleyball, darts, board games, bowling and many more. It could also be good for some people to have a little competition. This is really a great stress reliever and it is also good for our health.

Wine tasting can be good, but it does not mean that you have to become an alcoholic. You can drink wine as long as you drink occasionally. This hobby is only for people in the right age. You can actually join a guided wine tasting tour. Wine tasting can be good for people that love to tasting different kinds of flavors.

D. Gambling

A lot of people become addicted to gambling. Gambling is a good hobby since it is fun and can relieve stress. Gambling should not be done on a daily basis. You should only gamble if you have extra money. Those people that are addicted to gambling spend all of their money and even their savings.

This should only be a friendly game. You can either win or lose money.

All hobbies is really good as long as it is done in moderation. You should only do activities that you love and enjoy so that it can really remove your stress. If you are becoming obsessed in doing something then it can have a bad effect on your physical health, mental health and even in your finances. It is really important that you have self discipline.
